Adhesive for bag sealing is a very common application but Chemix Guru’s one-component formula can make manufacture sealing tape more efficient. CG-18121 is our widely applied adhesive for bag sealing production. Because its solvent is an organic solvent, CG-18121 has very excellent performance even at low temperatures, and is very suitable to some manufacturers in high latitude countries or end products are applied in cold environment.
Adhesive for Bag Sealing Tape and beyond
The coating of CG-18121 on non-polar material such as PE, PP, etc. is also strong enough and removable. Therefore, CG-18121 is widely applicable to the general trademark labels, double-coated tapes (ex: sealing tape), and PVC top laminating films.

Tip: Balance of Three Forces
Do you know what is the balance of the three forces? Adhesives provide not only adhesion but also tack and cohesion. How to balance these three forces to meet the demands of end products is our professional knowledge. Adhesion is the strength; one common standard method is JIS C 2107. Tack can be indicated with J. DOW, PSTC-6, Douglass, etc. Last but not least, cohesion is a critical factor related to the adhesive transfer.
