Glue For Outdoor Adhesive Vinyl
CG- 18701 and CG-18028 are our glue for outdoor adhesive vinyl which requires resistance to weathering or sunlight. For example, the sunlight’s UV can result in peeling off of the outdoor banner. With the application of CG-18701 / CG-18028, their outstanding resistance to weathering and strong adhesion can maintain the adhesion of the outside banner.
CG-18701 for Non-polar Materials
In addition to anti-weathering, CG-18701 can be laminated well on non-polar (also known as low surface energy) materials such as PP or PE. The application of above two materials are more and more common and that’s why we design the glue for outdoor adhesive vinyl to meet the trend.
In short, CG-18028 is our adhesive system to PVC material, and CG-18701 will be the solution to PP or PE materials. Both of them are one-component adhesives because we always put user convenience to our priority. One-component formula allows manufacturers to coat directly without using a cross-linkage agent.
